Delivery
We currently deliver books to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Orders will normally be dispatched within [3–5 working days] of purchase.
Signed copies may take slightly longer to prepare.
Books are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you using the email address provided when you placed your order.
Delivery address
Please check that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Cancelling your order
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at thesecretheadmaster@gmail.com as soon as possible.
For most online purchases of physical goods, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns
If you wish to return a book, please contact us at thesecretheadmaster@gmail.com before sending it back.
Unless the book is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you may be responsible for the cost of returning it.
Returned books should be:
in good condition;
carefully packaged;
returned within the applicable cancellation period.
We recommend obtaining proof of posting when returning a book.
Damaged or incorrect books
If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs where appropriate.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will process it using the original payment method where possible.
